הֲצֹ֧אן וּבָקָ֛ר יִשָּׁחֵ֥ט לָהֶ֖ם וּמָצָ֣א לָהֶ֑ם אִ֣ם אֶֽת־כָּל־דְּגֵ֥י הַיָּ֛ם יֵאָסֵ֥ף לָהֶ֖ם וּמָצָ֥א לָהֶֽם
a,flock? and,a_herd slaughtered to/for=them and,someone_will_find to/for=them if DOM all/each/any/every fish_of the=sea gathered_together to/for=them and,someone_will_find to/for=them
These two phrases Shall flock and cattle be slaughtered for them, and it shall find for them and shall all the fish of the sea be gathered for them, and it shall find for them mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Alternate translation: [Shall flock and cattle be slaughtered for them or all the fish of the sea be gathered for them, and it shall find for them?]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
הֲצֹ֧אן וּבָקָ֛ר יִשָּׁחֵ֥ט לָהֶ֖ם וּמָצָ֣א לָהֶ֑ם אִ֣ם אֶֽת־כָּל־דְּגֵ֥י הַיָּ֛ם יֵאָסֵ֥ף לָהֶ֖ם וּמָצָ֥א לָהֶֽם
a,flock? and,a_herd slaughtered to/for=them and,someone_will_find to/for=them if DOM all/each/any/every fish_of the=sea gathered_together to/for=them and,someone_will_find to/for=them
Moses is using the question form for emphasis to point out the impossibility of what God had promised to do. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate these questions as statements or as exclamations. Alternate translation: [Were flock and cattle to be slaughtered for them, it would not find for them. Or were all the fish of the sea to be gathered for them, it would not find for them.]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
הֲצֹ֧אן וּבָקָ֛ר יִשָּׁחֵ֥ט & אֶֽת־כָּל־דְּגֵ֥י הַיָּ֛ם יֵאָסֵ֥ף
a,flock? and,a_herd slaughtered & DOM all/each/any/every fish_of the=sea gathered_together
The expressions be slaughtered and be gathered are passive verbal forms. If your language would not use those forms, you could express the ideas in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [Shall someone slaughter flock and cattle … shall someone gather all the fish of the sea]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
וּמָצָ֣א לָהֶ֑ם & וּמָצָ֥א לָהֶֽם
and,someone_will_find to/for=them & and,someone_will_find to/for=them
The phrase it shall find for them is a common expression of this culture that means “it will be enough for them” or “it will satisfy them.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and it satisfy them … and it satisfy them]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
