If you decided in the previous verse to translate this quotation in such a way that there would not be a quotation within a quotation, you can continue doing that here. Alternate translation: [Say to them that they shall eat not one day and not two days and not five days and not ten days and not 20 days]

The implication is that Yahweh will give them meat for a much longer time than any of these shorter periods. Yahweh lists increasingly longer periods of time to emphasize that Yahweh will give them more meat than they expect. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [You shall eat not just for one day or two days or five days or ten days or 20 days]

Yahweh is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [You shall eat flesh]
