The implication is that Moses went to the tent of meeting to speak with Yahweh. This is shown clearly when it says “And Moses went out” in [11:24](../11/24.md). You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [And Moses went to the tent of meeting and said]

Moses is using the question form to express strong negative emotions and to complain about his situation. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate these questions as statements or as exclamations. Alternate translation: [You are doing evil to your servant. I clearly have not found favor in your eyes, since you have put the burden of all this people on me.]
