Here, Yahweh is speaking of the Spirit that empowered Moses as if it were a physical substance that could be taken away from one person and put on others. Yahweh is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [and I will put some of that Spirit on them]

Here, Yahweh is speaking of taking care of the people as if it were a heavy burden to carry. The image emphasizes how difficult and wearisome this responsibility is. Alternate translation: [and they will work hard to care for the people with you, and you, you will not have to care for them by yourself]

בְּ⁠מַשָּׂ֣א הָ⁠עָ֔ם

Yahweh is using the possessive form to describe the burden that is made up of the people. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the burden that the people create]

וְ⁠לֹא־תִשָּׂ֥א אַתָּ֖ה

and=not bear you(ms)

Yahweh is stating the pronoun you separately, even though the verb translated as you will … carry already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that Moses will definitely not need to do this. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing that emphasis. Alternate translation: [and you will no longer carry]
