uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns

אַף־אָ֭נִי בְּכ֣וֹר אֶתְּנֵ֑הוּ

(Some words not found in UHB: he/it he,will_call_out_to_me father_of,[are]_my you(ms) God_of,my and,the_rock_of my_salvation_of,my )

God is stating the pronoun I separately, even though the verb already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that he is the one who will personally exalt David in response to David’s faithfulness. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [Indeed, I will make him]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

בְּכ֣וֹר אֶתְּנֵ֑הוּ

(Some words not found in UHB: he/it he,will_call_out_to_me father_of,[are]_my you(ms) God_of,my and,the_rock_of my_salvation_of,my )

Here God is speaking of David’s privileged status as if he were a firstborn son, who holds the most honored position in the family. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I will give him the highest honor] or [I will give him the privileges of a firstborn son]
