(Some words not found in UHB: and,I_will_set on,sea his/its=hand and,on,rivers hand_of,his_right )

If it would be more natural in your language, you could express this as an indirect quotation. Alternate translation: [He will call to me that I am his Father, his God, and the rock of his salvation]

God is stating the pronoun He separately, even though the verb already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that his chosen one is the one who will name God as his father. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [My chosen one will call to me]

Here God is speaking as if he were a rock that provides stability and protection. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and the one who saves and protects me] or [my strong savior]
