David is not using the pronoun they to refer to specific people. Use a comparable expression that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [May no one declare it in Gath, may no one proclaim it in the streets of Ashkelon] or [May it not be declared in Gath, may it not be proclaimed in the streets of Ashkelon]

Here the term daughters has the same kind of meaning as the term sons in [1:18](../01/18.md). See how you decided to translate that term there. Alternate translation: [the women of Philistia]

David is using the adjective uncircumcised as a noun to mean people who have not been circumcised. Israelites used this as a term of derision to describe the Philistines as people did not worship Yahweh and did no obey his laws, such as the one requiring the circumcision of men. Your language may have a comparable term of derision that you can use in your translation.
