TSNTyndale Study Notes:

33:13 let me know your ways: Moses did not merely want God’s blessings; he wanted to know God’s nature and character, as well as the manner of and reasons for his actions. God’s goal of revealing himself was beginning to be realized, at least in one person.
• Moses wanted God himself to accompany them, because they were the Lord’s own people.

Here, found favor in your eyes is an idiom that means that God is pleased with Moses. You may also need to make the phrase active in form and change the abstract noun favor into another form. Finally, in your eyes is a metaphor representing his evaluation. See how you dealt with the multiple issues in the phrase you have found favor in my eyes in Exodus 33:12.

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

הוֹדִעֵ֤נִי נָא֙ אֶת־דְּרָכֶ֔ךָ

teach,me now DOM ways,your

Here, ways is a metaphor either: (1) for Yahweh’s plans or (2) for the holy life he requires. If your readers would not understand what this image means in this context, you could use an equivalent metaphor from your culture. Alternatively, you could express the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: (1) “please cause me to know what you are going to do in the future” (2) “please cause me to know how people can do what pleases you”

אֶמְצָא־חֵ֖ן בְּעֵינֶ֑יךָ

find graciousness/kindness/favour/beauty in/on/at/with,sight,your

This instance of the phrase find favor in your eyes means in the future. Consider how to translate it in your language to convey an on-going situation. Alternate translation: “I can always find favor in your eyes”

וּרְאֵ֕ה כִּ֥י עַמְּךָ֖ הַגּ֥וֹי הַזֶּֽה׃

Moses is requesting that Yahweh would again see, perceive, consider, or recognize the Israelites as his special people. In this way, Moses would know that Yahweh had truly forgiven them.
