ULT Thus says Yahweh: “By this you will know that I am Yahweh. Behold, I am about to strike against the waters that are in the river with the staff that is in my hand, and they will turn to blood.

UST So Yahweh says this: “This is the way you will know that I am Yahweh. Look out! I am going to hit the water that is in the Nile River with the staff that is in my hand. When I do that, the water will become blood.

7.17 Aquam fluminis, etc. STRAB. Aqua in sanguinem versa mundanam wisdom significat, in which everyone who manserit necatur, like in sanguine piscis.
