TSNTyndale Study Notes:

7:14-25 The first plague was the plague on the Nile, when the whole river turned to blood (7:20). The Egyptians correctly understood that without the Nile there would be no life in Egypt. They worshiped the Nile as the Mother of Egypt, but God showed that life is his to give or withhold.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

וְלֹא־שָׁ֥ת לִבּ֖וֹ גַּם־לָזֹֽאת

and=not he/it_placed/appointed his/its=heart also/yet for,this

This is an idiom meaning Pharaoh did not think about the meaning of the miracle he had just seen. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent idiom or use plain language. Alternate translation: “And he did not consider what even this meant”
