BrTr And if the daughter of a priest should be a widow, or put away, and have no seed, she shall return to her father's house, as in her youth: she shall eat of her father's bread, but no stranger shall eat of it.

ULT And if the daughter of a priest becomes a widow, or divorced, and there is no offspring for her, and she returns to her father’s house as in her youth, she may eat from the food of her father. And any stranger may not eat it.

מִלֶּ֥חֶם אָבִ֖יהָ

This expression uses bread to represent the sacred portions of food that the priests received from the food gifts that the people of Israel offered to Yahweh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “from her father’s food”
