The expression their uncircumcised heart is humbled is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [they humble their uncircumcised hearts]

לְבָבָ⁠ם֙ הֶֽ⁠עָרֵ֔ל

Here, heart represents where a person’s emotions, feelings, and desires exist, and the uncircumcised heart represents people who are unwilling to obey God. Since physical circumcision was a sign of being in covenant with God, an uncircumcised heart represents resistance to God’s covenant. You may have a comparable expression in your language, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [their stubborn inner nature] or [their rebellious attitude]

יִרְצ֥וּ אֶת־עֲוֺנָֽ⁠ם

make_amends DOM iniquity_of,their

This could mean either: (1) they accept the punishment that their wrongdoing deserves, or (2) they acknowledge and admit their guilt. If you can translate this in a way that can capture both meanings do that, otherwise you could follow how your local major language translations understand this phrase. Alternate translation: [they accept their punishment] or [they admit their guilt]
