 26  And  it _ becamewhen  the Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) finished  all  the  these  messages , he _ saidto _ theapprentices/followers  of _ him2  You _ all_ have_ knownthat  after  two  days  the  passover _ feast is _ becomingand  the  son  of _  the _ manis _ being_ given_ overin _ orderthat  to _ be_ executed_ on_ a_ stake3  Then  the  chief _ priestsand  the  elders  of _ thepeople  were _ gathered_ togetherin  the  courtyard  of _ thechief _ priestwho  being _ calledKaiafas ,4  and  they _ plotted_ togetherthat  they _ may_ apprehendthe Yaʸsous by _ deceitand  they _ may_ kill_  him _ off5  But  they _ were_ sayingNot  at  the  feast , in _ order_ thata _ commotionmay _  not  _ becomeamong  the  people .
6  And  the of _ Yaʸsous having _ becomein  Baʸthania  in  house  of _ Simōnthe  leprous ,7  a _ womanhaving  an _ alabaster_ flaskof _  heavily _ valued_ ointmentapproached  to _ himand  she _ poured_ downit on  the  head  of _ himreclining .
8  But  the  apprentices/followers  having _ seenresented  saying :
For/Because  why  the this  destruction ?
9  For/Because  this  was _ ableto _ be_ soldfor _ muchand  to _ be_ givento _ the _ poor10  But  the Yaʸsous having _ knownsaid  to _ themWhy  are _ you_ all_ bringing_ abouttroubles  to _ thewomen ?
For/Because  she _ dida _  beautiful  _ workto  me .
11  For/Because  you _ all_ are_  always  _ havingthe  poor  with  yourselves , but  you _ all_ are_  not  always  _ havingme .
12  For/Because  this  woman having _ putthe on _  this  _ ointmenton  the  body  of _ mebecause/for  did  it that  to _ buryme .
13  Truly , I _ am_ sayingto _ you_ allwherever  the this  good _ messageif may _ be_ proclaimedin  all  the  world , ˓will ˒_  also  _ be_ being_ spokenwhat  this  woman did  for  a _ memorialof _ her14  Then  one  of _ thetwelve  who  being _ calledYoudas/(Yə hūdāh)  Iskariōtaʸs , having _ been_ goneto  the  chief _ priests15  he _ saidWhat  are _ you_ all_ willingto _ giveto _ meand _ Iwill _ be_ giving_  him  _ overto _ you_ allAnd  they  they _ setto _ himthirty  silver _ coins16  And  from  then  he _ was_ seekingan _ opportunityin _ order_ thathe _ may_ give_  him  _ over17  And  on _ thefirst  day of _  the _ non-fermentedbread the  apprentices/followers  approached  to _  the _ Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) saying :
Where  are _ you_ wantingthat we _ may_ preparefor _ youto _ eatthe  passover _ feast 18  And  he  said :
Be _ goinginto  the  city  to  the someone  and  say  to _ himThe  teacher  is _ sayingThe  time  of _ meis  near , I _ am_ makingthe  passover _ feast with  you  with  the  apprentices/followers  of _ me19  And  the  apprentices/followers  did  as  the Yaʸsous directed  to _ themand  they _ preparedthe  passover _ feast 20  And  having _ becomeevening , he _ was_ recliningwith  the  twelve ,21  and  to _ themeating  he _ saidTruly , I _ am_ sayingto _ you_ allthat  one  of  you _ allwill _ be_ giving_  me  _ over22  And  being _  exceedingly  _ sorrowedeach  one  of _ themthey _ beganto _ be_ sayingto _ himSurely _ notI  am , master 23  And  he  answering  said :
The   having _ dipped_ inhis  hand  with  me  in  the  bowl , this   will _ be_ giving_  me  _ over24  On _ one_ handthe  son  of _  the _ manis _ goingas  it _ has_ been_ writtenabout  him , on _ the_ other_ handwoe  to _ thethat  man  by  whom  the  son  of _  the _ manis _ being_ given_ overIt _ wasbetter  for _ himif  the that  man  was _  not  _ born25  And  Youdas/(Yə hūdāh)  who  giving _  him  _ overanswering  said :
Surely _ notI  am , my _ great_ ?
He _ is_ sayingto _ himYou  said  it 26  And  of _ themeating , the Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) having _ takenbread  and  having _ blessedhe _ brokeit and  having _ givento _ theapprentices/followers  said :
Take , eat , this  is  the  body  of _ me27  And  having _ takena _ cupand  having _ given_ thankshe _ gaveit to _ themsaying :
All  drink  of  it ,28  for/because  this  is  the  blood  of _ meof _ thecovenant , the  blood for/because  many  being _ poured_ outfor/because  forgiveness  of _ sins29  But  I _ am_ sayingto _ you_ allby _ no_ meansI _ may_  not  _ drinkof  this  the fruit  of _ thevine  from  now  until  the that  day , whenever  I _ may_ be_ drinkingit  with  you _ allnew  in  the  kingdom  of _ thefather  of _ me30  And  having _ sung_ hymnsthey _ came_ outto  the  Mount  of _  the _ Olives31  Then  the Yaʸsous is _ sayingto _ themAll  of _ you_ allwill _ be_ being_ stumbledin  me  at  the this  night , because/for  it _ has_ been_ writtenI _ will_ be_ strikingthe  shepherd , and  the  sheep  of _ theflock  will _ be_ being_ scattered32  But  after  which me  to _ be_ raisedwill _ be_ going_ beforeyou _ allinto  the Galilaia/(Gālīl) .
33  But  the Petros  answering  said  to _ himIf  all  will _ be_ being_ stumbledin  you , I  never  will _ be_ being_ stumbled34  The Yaʸsous was _ sayingto _ himTruly , I _ am_ sayingto _ youthat  at  this  the night  before  the _ roosterto _ crowthree-times  you _ will_ be_ renouncingme .
35  The Petros  is _ sayingto _ himEven _ ifit _ may_ be_ fittingme  to _ die_ offwith  you , by _ no_ meansI _ ˓will ˒_  not  _ be_ renouncingyou .
All  the  apprentices/followers  also  said  likewise .
36  Then  the Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) is _ comingwith  them  to  a _ propertybeing _ calledGethsaʸmanaʸ , and  he _ is_ sayingto _ theapprentices/followers :
Sit _ downhere  until  of _ whichhaving _ gone_ awaythere , I _ may_ pray37  And  having _ takenthe Petros  and  the  two  sons  of _ Zebedaioshe _ beganto _ be_ being_ sorrowedand  to _ be_ distressing38  Then  he _ is_ sayingto _ themThe  soul  of _ meis  very _ sorrowfulto  death , remain  here  and  be _ watchingwith  me .
39  And  having _ approacheda _ littlehe _ fellon  the _ faceof _ himpraying  and  saying :
father  of _ meif  it _ ispossible , let _  the this  cup  _ pass_ byfrom  me .
However  not  as  I  am _ wantingbut  as  you .
40  And  he _ is_ comingto  the  apprentices/followers  and  is _ findingthem  sleeping , and  he _ is_ sayingto _  the _ PetrosThus  you _ all_ were_  not  _ ableto _ watchone  hour  with  me ?
41  Be _ watchingand  be _ prayingin _ order_ thatyou _ all_ may_  not  _ come_ ininto  temptation .
On _ one_ handthe  spirit  is eager , on _ the_ other_ handthe  the _ fleshis weak .
42  Again  having _ gone_ awayfor  a _ secondhe _ prayedsaying :
father  of _ meif  this  is _  not  _ ableto _ pass_ byif  I _ may_  not  _ drinkit , let _  the  will  of _ you_ be_ become43  And  having _ comeagain , he _ foundthem  sleeping , because/for  the  eyes  of _ themwere  having _ been_ weighed_ down44  And  having _ leftthem  again , having _ gone_ awayhe _ prayedfor  the _ thirdtime having _ saidthe  same  statement  again .
45  Then  he _ is_ comingto  the  apprentices/followers  and  is _ sayingto _ themYou _ all_ are_ sleepingfor _ therest  and  you _ all_ are_ restingBehold , the  hour  has _ nearedand  the  son  of _  the _ manis _ being_ given_ overinto  the _ handsof _ sinners46  Be _ being_ raisedwe _ may_ be_ goingBehold , the   giving _  me  _ overhas _ neared47  And  of _ himstill  speaking , see  Youdas/(Yə hūdāh) , one  of _ thetwelve  came , and  with  him  a _  great  _ crowdwith  swords  and  clubs  from  the  chief _ priestsand  elders  of _ thepeople .
48  And  the   giving _ overhim , gave  to _ thema _ signsaying :
Whomever  wishfully I _ may_ kissit _ ishe , apprehend  him .
49  And  immediately  having _ approachedto _  the _ Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) he _ saidGreetings , my _ great_ , and  he _ kissedhim .
50  And  the Yaʸsous said  to _ himFriend , because/for  what  are _ you_ comingThen  having _ approachedthey _ laid_ ontheir  hands  on  the Yaʸsous and  they _ apprehendedhim .
51  And  see , one  of _ thewith  Yaʸsous having _ stretched_ outhis  hand , drew _ outthe  sword  of _ himand  having _ struckthe  slave  of _ thechief _ priestcut _ offthe  ear  of _ him52  Then  the Yaʸsous is _ sayingto _ himTurn _ awaythe  sword  of _ youinto  the  place  of _ itbecause/for  all  the   having _ takenthe _ swordwill _ be_ perishingby  the _ sword53  Or  are _ you_ supposingthat  I _ am_  not  _ being_ ablenow  to _ appealthe  father  of _ meand  he _ will_ be_ standing_  more  twelve  of _ legionsof _ messengers_ beforebefore _ me54  Therefore  how  may _  The  scriptures  _ be_ fulfilledthat  thus  it _ is_ fittingto _ become55  In  that  the hour , the Yaʸsous said  to _ thecrowds :
You _ all_ came_ outwith  swords  and  clubs  to _ captureme  as  against  a _ robberIn _ everyday  in  the  temple , I _ was_ sittingteaching , and  you _ all_  not  _ apprehendedme .
56  But  this  all  has _ becomein _ order_ thatthe   scriptures  of _ theprophets  may _ be_ fulfilledThen  all  the  apprentices/followers , having _ lefthim  fled .
57  And  the   having _ apprehendedthe Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) led _  him _ awayto  Kaiafas  the  chief _ priestwhere  the  scribes  and  the  elders  were _ gathered_ together58  But  the Petros  was _ followingafter _ himfrom  afar  to  the  courtyard  of _ thechief _ priestand  having _ come_ ininside , he _ was_ sittingwith  the  attendants  to _ seethe  outcome .
59  And  the  chief _ priestsand  the  whole  council  were _ seekingfalse _ witnessagainst  the Yaʸsous so _ thatthey _ may_ put_  him  _ to_ death60  but  of _ manyfalse _ witnesseshaving _ approachedthey _  not  _ foundBut  later , two  having _ approached61  said :
This  man was _ sayingI _ am_ being_ ableto _ tear_ downthe  temple  of _  the _ god and  to _ buildit it  by  of _ threedays .
62  And  the  chief _ priesthaving _ stood_ upsaid  to _ himAre _ you_ answeringnothing , what  these  men are _ testifyingagainst _ you63  But  the Yaʸsous was _ keeping_ silentAnd  the  chief _ priestsaid  to _ himI _ am_ adjuringyou  by  the  which living  god that  you _ may_ tellto _ usif  you  are  the  chosen _ one/messiah the  son  of _ thegod 64  The Yaʸsous is _ sayingto _ himYou  said  it However  I _ am_ sayingto _ you_ allfrom  now  you _ all_ will_ be_ seeingthe  son  of _  the _ Mansitting  on  the _ rightof _  the _ powerand  coming  in  the  clouds  of _ thesky .
65  Then  the  chief _ priesttore  the  robes  of _ himsaying :
He _ slanderedwhy  are _ we_ havinganymore  need  of _ witnessesBehold , now  you _ all_ heardthe  slander .
66  What  is _ it_ supposingto _ you_ allAnd  which answering  they _ saidHe _ isliable  of _ death67  Then  they _ spatin  the  face  of _ himand  they _ beathim  and  they  slapped  him 68  saying :
Prophesy  to _ uschosen _ one/messiah who  is  the   having _ struckyou ?
69  And  the Petros  was _ sittingoutside  in  the  courtyard , and  one  servant _ girlapproached  to _ himsaying :
You  also  were _ werewith  Yaʸsous/(Yə hōshūˊa) the  Galilaios .
70  But  he  disowned  him before  all  saying :
I _ have_  not  _ knownwhat  you _ are_ saying71  And  having _ come_ outto  the  gate , another  saw  him  and  she _ is_ sayingto _ thethere :
This  man was  with  Yaʸsous the  from _ Nazaret72  And  again  he _ disownedwith  an _ oaththat I _ have_  not  _ knownthe  man .
73  And  after  a _ littlethe   having _ stoodhaving _ approachedsaid  to _  the _ PetrosTruly  also  you  are  of  them , because/for  even  the  speech  of _ youis _ makingyou  evident .
74  Then  he _ beganto _ be_ cursingand  to _ be_ swearingthat I _ have_  not  _ knownthe  man .
And  immediately  a _ roostercrowed .
75  And  the Petros  was _ remindedof _ themessage  of _ Yaʸsous having _ saidthat Before  the _ roosterto _ crowyou _ will_ be_ renouncingme  three-times .
And  having _ come_ outout , he _ weptbitterly .
