Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / infostructure
אֶת־יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ תִּירָ֖א אֹת֣וֹ תַעֲבֹ֑ד וּב֣וֹ תִדְבָּ֔ק וּבִשְׁמ֖וֹ תִּשָּׁבֵֽעַ
DOM YHWH God_of,your fear DOM=him/it serve and,in/on/at/with,him hold_fast and,in/on/at/with,name_of,his swear
If it would be more natural in your language, you could change the phrasing to emphasize that the Israelites should worship only Yahweh. See how you translated a similar verse in [6:13](../06/13.md). Alternate translation: [It is Yahweh your God and no one else whom you shall fear; it is he alone whom you shall worship, and it is to him whom you shall cling, and it is by his name only that you shall swear]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / youcrowd
אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ תִּירָ֖א & תַעֲבֹ֑ד & תִדְבָּ֔ק & תִּשָּׁבֵֽעַ
God_of,your fear & serve & hold_fast & swear
Even though Moses is speaking to all the Israelites, you and your are singular from this verse to verse 22. Moses is speaking to the Israelites as if they were all one person. If the singular forms of these pronouns would not be natural in your language, you could use the plural forms in your translation.
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וּב֣וֹ תִדְבָּ֔ק
and,in/on/at/with,him hold_fast
Here Moses is speaking of having a good relationship with Yahweh as if that meant physically clinging to him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and with him you shall maintain a good relationship]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וּבִשְׁמ֖וֹ תִּשָּׁבֵֽעַ
and,in/on/at/with,name_of,his swear
See how you translated the phrase by his name you shall swear in [6:13](../06/13.md). Alternate translation: [and you shall make strong promises using his name]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
