Moses is using the name of Yahweh is called upon you as a common expression of his culture to mean “you belong to Yahweh and are identified as his people.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [you are Yahweh’s people] or [you are identified as belonging to Yahweh]
