OET (OET-LV) the_fruit_of will_be_blessed your_womb_of_your and_the_fruit_of your_ground_of_your and_the_fruit_of your_livestock_of_your the_young_of your(pl)_cattle(s)_of_your and_the_young_ones your_flock_of_your.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / litany
פְּרִֽי־בִטְנְךָ֛ וּפְרִ֥י אַדְמָתְךָ֖ וּפְרִ֣י בְהֶמְתֶּ֑ךָ שְׁגַ֥ר אֲלָפֶ֖יךָ וְעַשְׁתְּר֥וֹת צֹאנֶֽךָ
(Some words not found in UHB: blessed fruit(sg) your_womb_of,your and,the_fruit_of your_ground_of,your and,the_fruit_of your_livestock_of,your young_of your(pl)_cattle(s)_of,your and,the_young_ones your_flock_of,your )
Moses uses a repetitive series of clauses the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your cattle and the young of your flock to communicate that what he is saying should be understood as comprehensive and overwhelming. Use a form in your language that someone would use to describe a situation that is comprehensive and overwhelming.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
פְּרִֽי־בִטְנְךָ֛ וּפְרִ֥י אַדְמָתְךָ֖ וּפְרִ֣י בְהֶמְתֶּ֑ךָ
(Some words not found in UHB: blessed fruit(sg) your_womb_of,your and,the_fruit_of your_ground_of,your and,the_fruit_of your_livestock_of,your young_of your(pl)_cattle(s)_of,your and,the_young_ones your_flock_of,your )
Here Moses is speaking as if children, crops, and livestock were fruit. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [your children and your crops and your livestock]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet
שְׁגַ֥ר אֲלָפֶ֖יךָ וְעַשְׁתְּר֥וֹת צֹאנֶֽךָ
(Some words not found in UHB: blessed fruit(sg) your_womb_of,your and,the_fruit_of your_ground_of,your and,the_fruit_of your_livestock_of,your young_of your(pl)_cattle(s)_of,your and,the_young_ones your_flock_of,your )
The terms increase and young mean similar things. Moses is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [the abundant offspring of your livestock]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
