OET (OET-LV) And_they_will_come on_you all_of the_blessings the_these and_they_will_overtake_you if/because you_will_listen to_the_voice_of YHWH god_of_your.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / personification
וּבָ֧אוּ עָלֶ֛יךָ כָּל־הַבְּרָכ֥וֹת הָאֵ֖לֶּה וְהִשִּׂיגֻ֑ךָ
and,they_will_come on,you (Some words not found in UHB: and,they_will_come on,you all/each/any/every the,blessings the=these and,they,will_overtake_you that/for/because/then/when obey to,the_voice_of YHWH God_of,your )
Here Moses is speaking of blessings as if they were living beings that could come upon and reach a person by chasing and capturing them. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Yahweh will give you all these blessings]
Note 2 topic: grammar-connect-condition-hypothetical
וּבָ֧אוּ עָלֶ֛יךָ כָּל־הַבְּרָכ֥וֹת הָאֵ֖לֶּה וְהִשִּׂיגֻ֑ךָ כִּ֣י תִשְׁמַ֔ע בְּק֖וֹל יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ
and,they_will_come on,you (Some words not found in UHB: and,they_will_come on,you all/each/any/every the,blessings the=these and,they,will_overtake_you that/for/because/then/when obey to,the_voice_of YHWH God_of,your )
Moses is presenting a possible condition, that Yahweh will only bless the Israelites if they listen to and obey what Yahweh said. Use a natural form in your language for introducing a condition that could happen. It may be helpful to reorder this sentence so that the conditional statement is first. Alternate translation: [If you listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, then all these blessings will come on you and reach you]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
תִשְׁמַ֔ע בְּק֖וֹל יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ
(Some words not found in UHB: and,they_will_come on,you all/each/any/every the,blessings the=these and,they,will_overtake_you that/for/because/then/when obey to,the_voice_of YHWH God_of,your )
Moses assumes that readers will know that listen as it is used here, includes the meaning of “obey.” You could say that explicitly if that would be helpful to your readers. See the discussion about this in the Introduction to Deuteronomy for further information. Alternate translation: [you listen and obey what Yahweh your God says]
OET (OET-LV) And_they_will_come on_you all_of the_blessings the_these and_they_will_overtake_you if/because you_will_listen to_the_voice_of YHWH god_of_your.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
