uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / infostructure

(Some words not found in UHB: make_~_drunk arrows_of,my from,blood and,sword_of,my you(ms)_will_eat flesh/meat from_[the],blood_of slain and_[the],captive[s] from_[the],chief_of leaders_of enemy )

If it would be more natural in your language, you may want to put the information about the blood of the slain and the captives with the information about my arrows drunk with blood. Similarly, you may want to put the information about the heads of the leaders of the enemy with the information about my sword will devour flesh. Alternate translation: [I will make my arrows drunk with the blood of the slain and the captives, and my sword will devour flesh from the heads of the leaders of the enemy]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / personification

אַשְׁכִּ֤יר חִצַּי֙ מִדָּ֔ם וְחַרְבִּ֖י תֹּאכַ֣ל בָּשָׂ֑ר

(Some words not found in UHB: make_~_drunk arrows_of,my from,blood and,sword_of,my you(ms)_will_eat flesh/meat from_[the],blood_of slain and_[the],captive[s] from_[the],chief_of leaders_of enemy )

Yahweh is speaking of his arrows and sword as if they were living things that could get drunk with blood and devour flesh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I will use my arrows to kill so many people that it will be as if my arrows were drunk with blood, and I will use my sword to kill so many people that it will be as if my sword were devouring their flesh]

Note 3 topic: writing-poetry

מֵרֹ֖אשׁ פַּרְע֥וֹת אוֹיֵֽב

from_[the],chief_of (Some words not found in UHB: make_~_drunk arrows_of,my from,blood and,sword_of,my you(ms)_will_eat flesh/meat from_[the],blood_of slain and_[the],captive[s] from_[the],chief_of leaders_of enemy )

Yahweh is speaking of the heads of the leaders in a way that could have two meanings. This is poetic wordplay. The word heads could refer to the top-ranking leaders themselves, or it could refer to the literal heads of the enemy leaders that would be cut off. If your language has a way to preserve this ambiguity, you could do so. Alternatively, you could express one meaning, with the other in a footnote. Alternate translation: [from the severed heads of the enemy leaders] or [from the highest-ranking enemy leaders]
