φωνὴν ἐξ οὐρανοῦ γενέσθαι
˓a˒_voice out_of heaven ˓to˒_become
Luke speaks of this voice as if it were a living thing that could come from heaven to earth. Alternate translation: [God spoke from heaven and said]

ὁ Υἱός μου
the Son ˱of˲_me
Son is an important title for Jesus, the Son of God.
3:22 The Spirit might have looked like a dove, or perhaps it descended in a dove-like manner.
• You are my dearly loved Son, and you bring me great joy: This statement resonates with Ps 2:7 and Isa 42:1. The former identifies Jesus as the Messiah from David’s line; the latter indicates his role as servant of the Lord. Jesus’ identity was again declared from heaven at his transfiguration (Luke 9:35).

OET (OET-RV) and the holy spirit came down onto him in the bodily form of a dove, and a voice came from the sky, “You are my son that I love and take pleasure in.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
