OET (OET-LV)And other fell_down on the rock, and having_been_sprouted was_withered because_of the thing to_ not _be_having moisture.

OET (OET-RV)Some of the seeds landed in a rocky area where they sprouted, but then they withered up because they didn’t have enough moisture.

uW Translation Notes:

ἐξηράνθη

/was/_withered

Continue to use either the singular or the plural, whichever would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: “each plant dried out and shriveled up” or “the plants dried out and shriveled up”

διὰ τὸ μὴ ἔχειν ἰκμάδα

because_of the_‹thing› not /to_be/_having moisture

Alternate translation: “because there was no water for it in the rock” or “because there was no water for them in the rock”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

8:6 fell among rocks: Often there was a limestone layer nine to twelve inches under the soil, so that the rain was trapped and seed sprouted quickly in the moist soil. But when the rain stopped, the sun evaporated the trapped moisture and the plant died.

OET (OET-RV)Some of the seeds landed in a rocky area where they sprouted, but then they withered up because they didn’t have enough moisture.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
