OET (OET-RV) “Don’t be afraid,” Shemuel responded. “You yourselves have indeed done all this evil. However, don’t make it worse by turning away from Yahweh, but rather, serve him with all your being.

אַתֶּ֣ם עֲשִׂיתֶ֔ם אֵ֥ת כָּל־הָרָעָ֖ה הַזֹּ֑את
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said Shəmūʼēl/(Samuel) to/towards the,people not afraid you(pl) done DOM all/each/any/every the,evil (the),this yet not turn_aside from,after YHWH and,you(pl)_will_serve DOM YHWH in=all heart_of,your(pl) )
In this context, Samuel is using the word all to express certainty rather than entirety. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [You yourselves have certainly done this evil]
Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns
אַתֶּ֣ם עֲשִׂיתֶ֔ם
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said Shəmūʼēl/(Samuel) to/towards the,people not afraid you(pl) done DOM all/each/any/every the,evil (the),this yet not turn_aside from,after YHWH and,you(pl)_will_serve DOM YHWH in=all heart_of,your(pl) )
Samuel is stating the pronoun You separately, even though the verb translated as you have done already includes this meaning. He is doing that in order to emphasize the personal role of the people in doing the evil that he describes. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [You have personally done]

אַ֗ךְ אַל־תָּס֨וּרוּ֙ מֵאַחֲרֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה
yet not (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said Shəmūʼēl/(Samuel) to/towards the,people not afraid you(pl) done DOM all/each/any/every the,evil (the),this yet not turn_aside from,after YHWH and,you(pl)_will_serve DOM YHWH in=all heart_of,your(pl) )
Samuel is speaking as if the Israelites were walking on a path behind Yahweh but might turn aside, or leave that path. He is using this image to mean that they should not stop being devoted to Yahweh. If it would be clearer in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [but do not stop being devoted to Yahweh]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
בְּכָל־לְבַבְכֶֽם
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_said Shəmūʼēl/(Samuel) to/towards the,people not afraid you(pl) done DOM all/each/any/every the,evil (the),this yet not turn_aside from,after YHWH and,you(pl)_will_serve DOM YHWH in=all heart_of,your(pl) )
Here, the heart represents a person’s feelings or commitment. You may have a comparable expression in your language, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [with total devotion] or [in complete sincerity]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
