OET (OET-RV) Then Shemuel said to all Israel, “Listen to me now. I’ve listened to your voices and taken notice of everything that you all said to me. And I’ve appointed a king to reign over you all.

שָׁמַ֣עְתִּי בְקֹֽלְכֶ֔ם לְכֹ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־אֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם לִ֑י וָאַמְלִ֥יךְ עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם מֶֽלֶךְ
I_heard in/on/at/with,voice_of,your_all's to=all/each/any/every which/who said to=me and,I_set_king over,you_all king
These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and it would be good to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation rather than combining them. It may be clearer in your language to connect the phrases with a word other than and in order to show that the second phrase is repeating the idea in the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [I have listened to your voice according to all of what you said to me, indeed, I have made a king reign over you]

הִנֵּה֙

See how you translated this term in [2:31](../02/31.md). Alternate translation: [Now listen]

I_heard in/on/at/with,voice_of,your_all's to=all/each/any/every which/who said to=me
It might seem that this expression contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you can shorten it. Alternate translation: [I have listened to everything you said to me]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
שָׁמַ֣עְתִּי בְקֹֽלְכֶ֔ם לְכֹ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־אֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם לִ֑י

See the discussion of the term “listen” in the Introduction to 1 Samuel, and see how you translated the similar expression in [2:25](../02/25.md). Alternate translation: [I have done everything you asked me to do]
12:1-25 The reaffirmation of Saul’s kingship at Gilgal (11:12-15) was the final step in his installation as king. The event was a fitting occasion for Samuel’s farewell address as leader of Israel.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
