¶ Then Yoav and his brother Abishai continued their hunt for Bikri’s son Sheva.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / pronouns

If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use names instead of pronouns in order to clarify who did what to whom here. Alternate translation: [And Joab struck Amasa with the sword in the stomach, and Amasa’s intestines poured out to the ground, and Joab did not do again to Amasa, and Amasa died.]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

The author is using the phrase he did not do again to him as a common expression of his culture to mean that Joab did not repeat the action of stabbing Amasa. If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and he did not stab him a second time]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
