וְנֶאְמַ֨ן בֵּיתְךָ֧ וּמַֽמְלַכְתְּךָ֛ עַד־עוֹלָ֖ם לְפָנֶ֑יךָ כִּֽסְאֲךָ֔ יִהְיֶ֥ה נָכ֖וֹן עַד־עוֹלָֽם
and,it_will_be_established (Some words not found in UHB: and,it_will_be_established house_of,your and,kingdom_of,your until forever to=your=face throne_of,your will_belong established until forever )
The two phrases your house and your kingdom will be confirmed to forever to your face and your throne will be established to forever mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and it would be good to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation rather than combining them. It may be clearer in your language to connect the phrases with a word other than and in order to show that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [And your house and your kingdom will be confirmed to forever to your face, yes, your throne will be established to forever]

וְנֶאְמַ֨ן בֵּיתְךָ֧ וּמַֽמְלַכְתְּךָ֛
and,it_will_be_established (Some words not found in UHB: and,it_will_be_established house_of,your and,kingdom_of,your until forever to=your=face throne_of,your will_belong established until forever )
The expression will be confirmed is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is God. Alternate translation: [And I will confirm your house and your kingdom]

בֵּיתְךָ֧ וּמַֽמְלַכְתְּךָ֛
(Some words not found in UHB: and,it_will_be_established house_of,your and,kingdom_of,your until forever to=your=face throne_of,your will_belong established until forever )
The terms house and kingdom mean similar things. Yahweh is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [your royal dynasty]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
לְפָנֶ֑יךָ
to=your=face
Here, face represents what is in front of someone, but in time rather than in space. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [beyond you into the future]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
כִּֽסְאֲךָ֔ יִהְיֶ֥ה נָכ֖וֹן
(Some words not found in UHB: and,it_will_be_established house_of,your and,kingdom_of,your until forever to=your=face throne_of,your will_belong established until forever )
The expression will be established is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is God. Alternate translation: [I will establish your throne]
Note 6 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
כִּֽסְאֲךָ֔
(Some words not found in UHB: and,it_will_be_established house_of,your and,kingdom_of,your until forever to=your=face throne_of,your will_belong established until forever )
Here, throne represents royal authority or rule. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [The reign of your descendants]

יִהְיֶ֥ה נָכ֖וֹן עַד־עוֹלָֽם

This is the end of Yahweh’s message to Nathan. Review your translation of [verses 5–16](../07/05.md) to ensure that you have consistently used punctuation or some other convention of your language to indicate the second-level, third-level, and fourth-level quotations in this message. Alternatively, you may have decided to translate the entire message in such a way that there are not quotations within quotations. If so, ensure that you have done that consistently.
OET (OET-LV) house_of_your And_it_will_be_established and_kingdom_of_your until perpetuity to_your_face throne_of_your it_will_be established until perpetuity.
OET (OET-RV) Your descendants and your kingdom will remain forever. Your throne will be established forever.’ ”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
