OET (OET-LV) Therefore yes/correct/thus/so you_are_great my_master YHWH if/because there_is_not like_you and_there_is_not a_god except_you in_all that we_have_heard with_ears_of_our.
OET (OET-RV) That’s why you’re incredible, Yahweh my god, and so there’s no one like you. There’s no god except you—that’s what we keep hearing about.

on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in (Some words not found in UHB: on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in yes/correct/thus/so great my=master GOD that/for/because/then/when not like,you and,there_[is]_not ʼElohīm except,you in,all which/who heard with,ears_of,our )
David is not saying that the reason why Yahweh is great is that he has done the great things for him that he describes in the previous verse. David means that he is able to declare confidently to Yahweh you are great because he has personally experienced his greatness and goodness in these ways. If this would not be clear, you may want to use a different connecting word or phrase to show how this statement relates to what comes before it. It may be possible to make the relationship clear without using any connecting word or phrase. The UST models one way to do that. Alternate translation: [As a result, I can confidently declare]

Here the word for provides not a reason but an explanation. Alternate translation: [and after all]

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and it would be good to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation rather than combining them. It may be clearer in your language to connect the phrases with a word other than and in order to show that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [no god is like you, indeed, you are the only God]

It might seem that in this context, the expression with our ears contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you could leave it out. Alternate translation: [in all that we have heard]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
