Nathan is not telling David to go somewhere. He is saying go to mean that David should take action. (The meaning is similar to that of the term “arise” in 3:21.) Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. You could also use plain language. Alternate translation: [go ahead and do] or [take action and do]
