Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
two_of the,men which/who to/for=them the,dispute

You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: “the accuser and the accused who disagree about what happened”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
and,stand two_of the,men which/who to/for=them the,dispute
Here, stand means “present the case to the court and listen to their decision.” If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “then the two men that have the controversy shall bring their case”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before & to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before

and,the,judges which/who are

You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: “and the judges who will be in office”
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis
are in_the=days the=those
Moses is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You could supply the implied words if it would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: “will be serving at the place of worship in those days”
