Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / reduplication
עַשֵּׂ֣ר תְּעַשֵּׂ֔ר
to_give_tenth set_apart_a_tithe
Moses is repeating forms of the verb tithe in order to intensify the idea that it expresses. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the emphasis. Alternate translation: [You shall surely tithe]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / youcrowd
תְּעַשֵּׂ֔ר & זַרְעֶ֑ךָ
set_apart_a_tithe & seed_of,your
Even though Moses is speaking to all the Israelites, you and your and the command forms are singular in this whole passage, from this verse to verse 29. If the singular forms of these pronouns would not be natural in your language, you could use the plural forms in your translation.
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / possession
תְּבוּאַ֣ת זַרְעֶ֑ךָ
yield_of seed_of,your
Here, Moses is using the possessive form to describe all of the produce that comes from each planted seed. If your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could use an equivalent expression. Alternate translation: [the harvest]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
זַרְעֶ֑ךָ
seed_of,your
Here, seed is literal and refers to seeds used in farming. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [your farming]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
שָׁנָ֥ה שָׁנָֽה
year year
Here, year after year is a common expression that means “every year.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have this meaning or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [yearly] or [every year]
14:22-27 set aside a tithe: The ancient practice of giving a tenth preceded the law of Moses (Gen 14:20; 28:22) and existed in other ancient cultures. Here it is viewed as a tax or tribute collected by the sovereign Lord from his vassals (see study notes on Deut 1:31 and 12:6).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
