uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

לֹא־יִקְשֶׁ֣ה בְעֵינֶ֗ךָ

not (Some words not found in UHB: not hard in,eyes_of,your when,you,let_go DOM=him/it free from,with,you that/for/because/then/when twice wages_of hired_worker he,has_served_you six years and,he,will_bless_you YHWH God_of,your in,all which/who do )

Moses is using in your eyes as a common expression of his culture to mean “in your judgment” or “in your opinion.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. See the Introduction to Deuteronomy for a discussion of the related phrase “in the eyes of.” Alternate translation: [Do not think of it as a hardship] or [Do not consider it troublesome]

בְּשַׁלֵּֽחֲךָ֙ אֹת֤וֹ חָפְשִׁי֙ מֵֽעִמָּ֔ךְ

(Some words not found in UHB: not hard in,eyes_of,your when,you,let_go DOM=him/it free from,with,you that/for/because/then/when twice wages_of hired_worker he,has_served_you six years and,he,will_bless_you YHWH God_of,your in,all which/who do )

Alternate translation: [for you to liberate him]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

כִּ֗י מִשְׁנֶה֙ שְׂכַ֣ר שָׂכִ֔יר עֲבָֽדְךָ֖ שֵׁ֣שׁ שָׁנִ֑ים

(Some words not found in UHB: not hard in,eyes_of,your when,you,let_go DOM=him/it free from,with,you that/for/because/then/when twice wages_of hired_worker he,has_served_you six years and,he,will_bless_you YHWH God_of,your in,all which/who do )

The implication is that a slave would work approximately twice the amount of time as a hired man since a hired man would only work the agreed upon hours in a day but a slave would be available any time their master needed them, thus making their work worth double the wage of a hired man. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [for during the six years he has served you, his work has been worth twice the value of a hired man] or [because his six years of service to you were worth twice the wages of a hired man]

Note 3 topic: grammar-connect-words-phrases

וּבֵֽרַכְךָ֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ

and,he,will_bless_you YHWH God_of,your

Moses is saying that if the Israelites obey the commands about freeing slaves without complaining, then Yahweh will bless them as a result. If the connection between this statement and the previous one is not clear, you may want to use a connecting word to show how this statement relates to what came before it. Use a natural form in your language for connecting this statement to the previous one. Alternate translation: [If you do that, Yahweh your God will bless you]
