OET (OET-LV)Certainly not anyone_was like_ʼAḩʼāⱱ who he_sold_himself for_doing the_evil in/on_both_eyes_of of_YHWH whom she_incited DOM_him/it ʼĪzeⱱel his/its_wife/woman.

OET (OET-RV)Surely there was never anyone else as evil as Ahav who sold his soul by doing what Yahweh was said was wrong—albeit often incited by his wife Izevel.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

who sold himself to do what was evil

(Some words not found in UHB: only not it_became like,Ahab which/who sold for=doing the,evil in/on=both_eyes_of YHWH which/who incited DOM=him/it ʼĪzeⱱel/(Jezebel) his/its=wife/woman )

A person being committed to doing what is evil is spoken of as if that person had sold himself to evil. See how you translated this idea in 1 Kings 21:20. Alternate translation: “who dedicated himself to doing what was evil”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

what was evil in the sight of Yahweh

(Some words not found in UHB: only not it_became like,Ahab which/who sold for=doing the,evil in/on=both_eyes_of YHWH which/who incited DOM=him/it ʼĪzeⱱel/(Jezebel) his/its=wife/woman )

The phrase, “in the sight of” refers to someone’s opinion. See how you translated this in 1 Kings 11:6. Alternate translation: “what Yahweh considers to be evil”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

21:25-26 The author interrupts his account to reemphasize (see 16:30-34) Ahab’s evil character, to denounce the king’s commitment to idolatry, and to condemn his weakness in allowing himself to be under the influence of his wife Jezebel. Wicked Jezebel would stop at nothing to achieve her own ends (18:4; 19:1-2; 21:5-10, 15). Though arrogant and defiant to the end (2 Kgs 9:30-31), she eventually met her predicted doom (1 Kgs 21:23; 2 Kgs 9:32-37).
