OET (OET-LV) And_he/it_was just_as_they_came Shomrōn and_ ʼElīshāˊ _he/it_said Oh_YHWH open DOM the_eyes_of these_men so_that_they_may_see and_ YHWH _he_opened DOM eyes_of_their and_they_saw and_BEHOLD/LO/SEE in_the_middle of_Shomrōn.
OET (OET-RV) and when they’d entered the city, Elisha said, “Yahweh, open the eyes of these people so they can see.” So Yahweh opened their eyes, and then they were stunned to see that they were in the middle of Shomron.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
פְּקַ֥ח אֶת־עֵינֵֽי־אֵ֖לֶּה & וַיִּפְקַ֤ח יְהוָה֙ אֶת־עֵ֣ינֵיהֶ֔ם
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_was just,as,they_came Shomrōn and=he/it_said ʼElīshāˊ YHWH open DOM both_eyes_of these so,that_they_may_see and,he_opened YHWH DOM eyes_of,their and=they_saw and=see/lo/see! in_the=middle Shomrōn )
In the first instance, Elisha is speaking as if the physical eyes of these soldiers were closed and Yahweh literally open them. He means that Yahweh would enable them to see normally again. The author is speaking similarly in the second instance. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [make these men no longer blind … And Yahweh made them no longer blind]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / imperative

This is an imperative, but it communicates a polite request rather than a command. Use a form in your language that communicates a polite request. It may be helpful to add an expression such as “please” to make this clear. Alternate translation: [please open]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
