OET (OET-LV) And_ the_heart_of _it_was_disturbed of_the_king_of of_ʼArām on the_matter the_this and_he/it_called to servants_of_his and_he/it_said to_them am_not will_you(pl)_tell to_me who from_those_who_belong_to_us is_to the_king_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
OET (OET-RV) and the Aramean king got very upset about it. He called in his servants and demanded, “Which one of you is a traitor—passing military intelligence to the king of Yisrael?”
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / synecdoche
וַיִּסָּעֵר֙ לֵ֣ב מֶֽלֶךְ־אֲרָ֔ם עַל־הַדָּבָ֖ר הַזֶּ֑ה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,it_was_disturbed heart_of king ʼArām on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,matter the=this and=he/it_called to/towards servants_of,his and=he/it_said to,them am=not tell to=me who? from_[those],who_[belong],to,us to/towards king Yisrael )
The author is using one part of the king, his heart, representing his feelings, to mean all of him in the act of becoming enraged. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And the king of Aram was enraged about this matter]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וַיִּסָּעֵר֙ לֵ֣ב מֶֽלֶךְ־אֲרָ֔ם עַל־הַדָּבָ֖ר הַזֶּ֑ה
(Some words not found in UHB: and,it_was_disturbed heart_of king ʼArām on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,matter the=this and=he/it_called to/towards servants_of,his and=he/it_said to,them am=not tell to=me who? from_[those],who_[belong],to,us to/towards king Yisrael )
The expression was enraged is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [And this matter enraged the king of Aram]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
הֲלוֹא֙ תַּגִּ֣ידוּ לִ֔י מִ֥י מִשֶּׁלָּ֖נוּ אֶל־מֶ֥לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל
am=not (Some words not found in UHB: and,it_was_disturbed heart_of king ʼArām on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,matter the=this and=he/it_called to/towards servants_of,his and=he/it_said to,them am=not tell to=me who? from_[those],who_[belong],to,us to/towards king Yisrael )
The king of Aram is using the question form to command his officers to tell him who is revealing his plans to the king of Israel. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [One of us must be for the king of Israel, and I want you to declare to me who that is!]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
