uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / simile

כְּ֭אִישׁ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־שֹׁמֵ֑עַ

(Some words not found in UHB: and,I [am]_like,a_deaf_[person] not hear and,like,a_dumb_[person] not open mouth_of,his )

The point of this comparison is that just as a man who is not hearing does not hear or respond to what is said, so David deliberately does not pay attention to his enemies’ words. See how you translated the very similar comparison in the previous verse. Alternate translation: [like a man who does not pay attention to what his enemies are saying]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

וְאֵ֥ין בְּ֝פִ֗יו תּוֹכָחֽוֹת

(Some words not found in UHB: and,I [am]_like,a_deaf_[person] not hear and,like,a_dumb_[person] not open mouth_of,his )

David is using the term mouth to mean speech. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and he does not respond to anyone]
