uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns

וַ֭אֲנִי & אֲיַחֵ֑ל

and,I & hope

David is stating the pronoun I separately, even though the verb translated as I will hope already includes this meaning. He is doing that because he is contrasting his response with the fate of his enemies. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing that meaning here. Alternate translation: [But as for me, I will hope]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

תְּהִלָּתֶֽךָ

(Some words not found in UHB: and,I continually hope and,I_will_add on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in all/each/any/every praise_of,your )

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of praise, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the ways I praise you]
