11:15 It seems that the people of Jerusalem were suggesting that not only were the exiles in Babylon far away from the Lord in terms of distance, but also in their relationship with him. They also seem to be suggesting that the exiles had broken their agreement with God because they were no longer permanently occupying and owning the country of Israel.

11:15-16 Those who remained in the land regarded the exiles as far away from the Lord, with no one to protect their interests in their family land holdings. Relatives (literally men of your redemption) would normally have redeemed Ezekiel’s family property if he fell into debt or other trouble. Since the exiles had been transported as family groups, there was no one left in Judah to guard their inherited properties.
• he has given their land to us! Those remaining in the land considered the exiles to be under God’s judgment and their ancestral lands to have been forfeited. The very opposite was true. The future of Israel lay with the far-off exiles, as the Lord had gone into exile with them and would be a sanctuary to them during their time in exile (see 11:22-23).
(Occurrence 0) your brothers! Your brothers!
(Some words not found in UHB: son_of humankind brothers,your brothers,your men_of exiles,your and=all house_of Yisrael all,them which/who said to/for=them inhabitants Yerushalayim go_far from=under YHWH to/for=us she/it given the=earth/land as,possession )
This is stated twice for emphasis.

(Occurrence 0) the house of Israel
(Some words not found in UHB: son_of humankind brothers,your brothers,your men_of exiles,your and=all house_of Yisrael all,them which/who said to/for=them inhabitants Yerushalayim go_far from=under YHWH to/for=us she/it given the=earth/land as,possession )
The word “house” is a metonym for the family, in this case the Israelites who are the descendants of Jacob. See how you translated this in Ezekiel 3:1. Alternate translation: “the people of Israel”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
(Occurrence 0) All of them are those of whom it is said by those living in Jerusalem
If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “The people living in Jerusalem say about all of them”
(Occurrence 0) All of them are those of whom
(Some words not found in UHB: son_of humankind brothers,your brothers,your men_of exiles,your and=all house_of Yisrael all,them which/who said to/for=them inhabitants Yerushalayim go_far from=under YHWH to/for=us she/it given the=earth/land as,possession )
Some versions have “All of them are those to whom”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
(Occurrence 0) This land was given to us as our possession
(Some words not found in UHB: son_of humankind brothers,your brothers,your men_of exiles,your and=all house_of Yisrael all,them which/who said to/for=them inhabitants Yerushalayim go_far from=under YHWH to/for=us she/it given the=earth/land as,possession )
If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “Yahweh has given this land to us as our possession” or “This land has become our possession”
