וַתִּבְעַ֥ר בַּצֹּ֛אן וּבַנְּעָרִ֖ים וַתֹּאכְלֵ֑ם

(Some words not found in UHB: again/more this speaking and=this he/it_came and,said fire ʼₑlhīmv fell from/more_than the=heavens and,burned_up in/on/at/with,sheep and,in/on/at/with,servants and,consumed,them and,escaped, only I by,myself, to=announce to/for=you(fs) )

The terms burned up and consumed mean similar things. The second messenger is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: “completely burned up the sheep and the servants”
