OET (OET-LV)And Ananias answered:
master, I_heard from many concerning the this man, as_much_as he_did evil to_the holy ones of_you, in Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim),

OET (OET-RV)But Ananias resisted, “Master, I’ve heard a lot about that man, including all the evil things he’s done to your dedicated people in Yerushalem,

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj

ἀπὸ πολλῶν

from many

Ananias is using the adjective many as a noun in order to indicate a group of people. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you could translate this with an equivalent expression. Alternate translation: “from many people”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

ὅσα κακὰ

as_much_as evil

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of evils, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: “how many harmful things”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

τοῖς ἁγίοις σου ἐποίησεν ἐν Ἰερουσαλήμ

˱to˲_the holy_‹ones› ˱of˲_you ˱he˲_did in Jerusalem

Ananias is using the term saints by association to mean believers in Jesus, since the term means “holy ones” or “ones who are set apart.” Alternate translation: “to the people in Jerusalem who are dedicated to you”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

9:1-19 The conversion of Saul of Tarsus on the Damascus road is of central importance to the narrative of Acts—Luke recounts the story three times (also 22:1-21; 26:1-29). Paul (Saul) also alludes to this experience several times in his letters (1 Cor 15:8-10; Gal 1:11-17; Phil 3:4-11; see 1 Tim 1:12-17). Saul’s conversion was his prophetic call and commission as an apostle (Acts 9:15; 22:15, 21; 26:15-18). No one is beyond the power of God to reach, redeem, and use for holy purposes—nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37). Paul was prepared through his training, upbringing, and experience to play a unique role in taking the gospel into the broader world as the “apostle to the Gentiles” (Rom 11:13; see 1 Cor 15:9; 2 Cor 12:11-12; Gal 1:1; Eph 3:8).
