If it would be more natural in your language, you could reverse the order of these phrases and combine them at the beginning of the verse, since the second phrase gives the reason for the result that the first phrase describes. hundred shekels_of_silver

100 silvers refers to a common monetary unit for Israelites. You could try to express this in terms of modern money values, but if you did, that could cause your Bible translation to become outdated and inaccurate, since those values can change over time. Instead, you might say something general like “100 silver coins,” or “100 pieces of silver,” or use the biblical term in the text and explain the value in a note.
