OET (OET-LV) And_if not is_near your(ms)_brother/kindred to_you and_not you_know_him and_you_will_gather_it into the_middle_of your_house_of_your and_it_was with_you until seeks your(ms)_brother/kindred DOM_him/it and_you_will_return_it to_him/it.
OET (OET-RV) However, if the owner doesn’t live near you, or if you don’t know who it is, then take the animal to your house. It can stay with you until the owner comes looking for it, then you must give it to them.

and=if not near your(ms)=brother/kindred to,you and=not you,know_him and,you,will_gather_it
Moses is describing a possible condition in which someone would only take the lost animal to his home if the owner either lives far away or is unknown to the finder. Express this possible condition in a way that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [And if you do not know who owns the animal or the owner lives far away from you, then bring it home]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
