OET (OET-LV) And_he/it_listened the_prophet who bring_back_had_brought_him_back from the_way and_he/it_said is_the_man_of the_ʼElohīm that who he_rebelled_against DOM the_mouth_of YHWH and_he_has_given_him YHWH to_lion and_it_has_mauled_him and_it_has_killed_him according_to_the_message_of YHWH which he_spoke to_him/it.
OET (OET-RV) When the prophet who had brought him back from the road heard he said, “That will be the man of God who was rebellious against Yahweh. Yahweh must have given him to the lion, and it tore him into pieces and put him to death according what Yahweh had said would happen.”

אֶת־פִּ֣י יְהוָ֑ה
DOM (Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_listened the,prophet which/who bring back,had_brought_him_back from/more_than the,way and=he/it_said (a)_man the=ʼElohīm he/it which/who disobeyed DOM word_of YHWH and,he,has_given_him YHWH to,lion and,it,has_mauled_him and,it,has_killed_him according,to_the_word_of YHWH which/who he/it_had_said to=him/it )
See how you translated the similar expression in [13:21](../13/21.md). Alternate translation: [what Yahweh told him to do]

וַיִּתְּנֵ֨הוּ יְהוָ֜ה לָאַרְיֵ֗ה
(Some words not found in UHB: and=he/it_listened the,prophet which/who bring back,had_brought_him_back from/more_than the,way and=he/it_said (a)_man the=ʼElohīm he/it which/who disobeyed DOM word_of YHWH and,he,has_given_him YHWH to,lion and,it,has_mauled_him and,it,has_killed_him according,to_the_word_of YHWH which/who he/it_had_said to=him/it )
The old prophet is speaking as if Yahweh literally gave the prophet from Judah to the lion. He means that Yahweh caused or allowed the lion to kill the prophet. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And Yahweh allowed the lion to kill him] or [And Yahweh sent the lion to attack him]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
כִּדְבַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר דִּבֶּר־לֽוֹ

Here, word represents what Yahweh said by using words. If it would be clearer in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [according to what Yahweh said when he spoke to him]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
