Here the word For introduces not a reason but an explanation. Alternate translation: [I ask this because]

Here, the word represents the message that the prophet proclaimed by using words. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the message that he cried out by the command of Yahweh]

Samaria is the name of the city that Omri, a later king of the northern kingdom of Israel, built as his capital several decades after this. People then began using the name of that city to represent this kingdom, and that is what the author is doing here. He is using a name that his readers would recognize in order to convey the old prophet’s meaning. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use the name of the kingdom instead. Alternate translation: [the kingdom of Israel]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / reduplication
הָיֹ֨ה יִהְיֶ֜ה
to_come_true will_belong
The old prophet is repeating forms of the verb happen in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [it will certainly happen]

OET (OET-RV) The message from Yahweh that he shouted out against the altar in Beyt-El will certainly happen, and against all the hilltop worship places in Shomron (Samaria).
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
