There are three levels of quotation here. The author is quoting what the old prophet said to the man of God (level 1), continuing from the previous verse. The old prophet is continuing to quote what Yahweh told him to tell the man of God (level 2). And in the middle of the verse, Yahweh quotes what he told the man of God earlier (level 3). Use the appropriate punctuation in your language to mark these levels of quotation. Alternatively, you could translate this so that there are not second-level or third-level quotations.

If you translated the previous verse so that there would not be a quotation within a quotation, you could continue doing that here. Alternate translation: [and because you have returned and you have eaten bread and you have drunk water in the place about which he told you that you were not to eat bread or drink water there, your corpse will not enter into the grave of your fathers]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / personification
וְאַל & תָב֥וֹא נִבְלָתְךָ֖ אֶל־קֶ֥בֶר אֲבֹתֶֽיךָ
and,do_not & come corpse_of,your to/towards tomb_of your(pl)_ancestors_of,your
Yahweh is speaking of the man’s corpse as if it were a living thing that could enter a place. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [you will not be buried in the same plot as your fathers]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
אֲבֹתֶֽיךָ
your(pl)_ancestors_of,your
See how you translated the term “fathers” in [1:21](../01/21.md). Alternate translation: [your ancestors]

OET (OET-RV) and you’ve returned and you’ve had food and drink in the place where he told you not to eat or drink, your body won’t be buried in your home town.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
