Jezebel uses this rhetorical question to accuse Jehu of not coming peacefully. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express this question as a statement. Alternate translation: “You are certainly not coming in peace, you Zimri, your master’s murderer!”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
(Occurrence 0) you Zimri, your master’s murderer
(Some words not found in UHB: and,Jehu he/it_came in/on/at/with,gate and=she/it_said ?,peace Zimrī killing_of master_of,his )
Here Jezebel calls Jehu “Zimri” to say that he is a murderer. Zimri was a commander of the army of Israel who murdered the king of Israel because he wanted to be king. Alternate translation: “you murdered your master, just like Zimri murdered his master”

(Occurrence 0) Zimri
(Some words not found in UHB: and,Jehu he/it_came in/on/at/with,gate and=she/it_said ?,peace Zimrī killing_of master_of,his )
This is the name of a man.
9:31 Jezebel accused Jehu of being another Zimri, perhaps to remind him that Zimri’s quest for power was short-lived (1 Kgs 16:15-19).
OET (OET-LV) And_Yēhūʼ he_came in/on/at/with_gate and_she/it_said peace Oh_Zimrī who_murdered_of master_of_his.
OET (OET-RV) and when Yehu came in the gate, she said, “Greetings, Zimri the second, murderer of his master.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
