Jehu is using What to you and to peace as a common expression of his culture to mean that whether he is coming in peace has nothing to do with this messenger. If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, here and in the next verse, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [What business is it of yours whether I am coming in peace] or [Why should I tell you whether I am coming in peace]

If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation.
