OET (OET-LV) And_he_sent a_rider_of a_horse second and_he_came to_them and_he/it_said thus he_says the_king peace and_ Yēhūʼ _he/it_said what is_to_you and_to_peace go_around to after_me.
OET (OET-RV) So the king sent out a second horse and chariot, and he approached and asked, “The king wants to know if you’re all coming in peace?”
¶ Again Yehu replied, “What’s that got to do with you? Turn around and follow us.”

רֹכֵ֣ב סוּס֮ שֵׁנִי֒
one_riding_of horse (Some words not found in UHB: and,he_sent one_riding_of horse second and,he_came to,them and=he/it_said thus he/it_had_said the=king peace and=he/it_said Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) what? [is]_to,you and,to,peace turn to/near after,me )
If your language would not represent a number in a form such as second, you could represent this number in a form that your language would use. Alternate translation: [another rider on a horse]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / quotesinquotes
כֹּֽה־אָמַ֥ר הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ שָׁל֑וֹם
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_sent one_riding_of horse second and,he_came to,them and=he/it_said thus he/it_had_said the=king peace and=he/it_said Yēhūʼ/(Jehu) what? [is]_to,you and,to,peace turn to/near after,me )
If it would be clearer in your language, you could translate this so that there is not a quotation within a quotation. In this case, the rider is making a statement on behalf of the king rather than asking a question. Alternate translation: [The king says he hopes that you are coming in peace]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
