9:6 Variant note: את: (x-qere) ’אַתָּ֣ה’: lemma_859 a morph_HPp2ms id_1662m אַתָּ֣ה
OET (OET-RV) Yahweh, you alone are God. You yourself made the heavens, the galaxies in the heavens and all their stars, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and all the stars bow down to you.

אַתָּה־ה֣וּא יְהוָה֮ לְבַדֶּךָ֒
you(ms) he/it YHWH by,yourself_of,you
At the end of the previous verse, the Levites started speaking to God, but they still meant for the people to hear their words and do what they said. Now the Levites are addressing God directly in prayer. If it would be helpful in your language, you could indicate this with an introductory phrase. Alternate translation: “Then these Levites prayed to God and said, ‘Yahweh, you are the only true God”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
אַתָּה־ה֣וּא יְהוָה֮ לְבַדֶּךָ֒
you(ms) he/it YHWH by,yourself_of,you
This means you alone are the one or you are the only one. Alternate translation: “You, Yahweh, are the only true God”

אֶֽת־הַשָּׁמַיִם֩ שְׁמֵ֨י הַשָּׁמַ֜יִם
DOM the=heavens heaven_of the=heavens
In the ancient Hebrew cosmology, the first phrase likely referred to the sky, which was envisioned as a solid dome above the earth (See: the note to 1:9). The second phrase likely referred to the realm beyond the sky, which was understood to be the dwelling place of God. Alternate translation: “the sky and everything beyond it”
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וְכָל־צְבָאָ֗ם
and=all their=group/army/objects
Host means army. The “host of heaven” is likely a figurative expression for the stars, which seem like a large army in the sky. However, this phrase might refer to heavenly beings which dwell in heaven with God. Alternate translation: “and all the stars”
וְאַתָּ֖ה מְחַיֶּ֣ה אֶת־כֻּלָּ֑ם
and=you(ms) give_life DOM all_of,them
Them means everything living on the land and in the seas. Alternate translation: “You give life to all of these creatures” or “you are the one who created all of these living things”
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וּצְבָ֥א הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם לְךָ֥ מִשְׁתַּחֲוִֽים
and,host_of the=heavens to/for=yourself(m) worship
Earlier in the sentence, the host of heaven was a figurative way of describing the stars as if they were an army. Now here, the stars themselves represent the angels of heaven. Alternate translation: “all the angels bow down and worship you”
9:5-37 This long prayer confesses the nation’s sins and praises God for his compassion throughout history (cp. Pss 105–106; 135–136). It prompted listeners to confess their own unfaithfulness and to call on God to be compassionate and forgive their sins.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
