USTThe servant who was carrying Abimelech’s weapons was nearby. Abimelech quickly ordered him, “Pull out your sword and kill me with it! I do not want people to say about me, ‘A woman killed Abimelech.’ ” So the servant stabbed Abimelech with his sword, and that killed him.
