8.21 Donec impleatur. Non quod post, quod constat: sed non ante, quod dubium hominibus potest videri: quasi, nec ante judicium simplices deserit, nec malos percutere desinit. Impleatur risu os tuum, id est mens gaudio æternæ securitatis, unde: Et labia tua jubilo. Jubilum cum tanta lætitia corde concipitur, quam sermo non explicet, sed tamen os sonet.

8.21 Donec impleatur. Non that post, that constat: but not/no ante, that dubium hominibus potest videri: quasi, but_not before yudicium simplices deserit, but_not malos percutere desinit. Bildad is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: “He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, and he will fill your lips with shouting”

Bildad is speaking of Job’s mouth as if it were a container that God would fill with laughter and as if Job’s lips were a container that God would fill with shouting.
