Yahweh shifts from the plural pronoun them, which refers to the eunuchs as a group, to the singular pronoun him, which refers to each individual eunuch. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [I will give to all of them … I will give to each one of them]

The phrase a hand and a name expresses a single idea. The word hand tells more about the kind of name, indicating a lasting memorial.
