If it would be more natural in your language, you could reverse the order of these phrases, since the second phrase gives the reason for the result that the first phrase describes. Alternate translation: [Thus says Yahweh, “Behold, you were sold because of your iniquities, and your mother was sent away because of your transgressions. Where is this, the writing of divorce of your mother, whom I sent her away? Or who is it among my creditors to whom I sold you?]

The word you is plural here and in verses 10 and 11 because Yahweh is addressing all of the Israelites, so use the plural form in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

אֵ֣י זֶ֠ה סֵ֣פֶר כְּרִית֤וּת אִמְּ⁠כֶם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר שִׁלַּחְתִּ֔י⁠הָ

Yahweh is using the question form to insist that there is no such certificate of divorce, since he never permanently divorced their mother. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [I did not give a writing of divorce to your mother and send her away.]

Here Yahweh is speaking of the city of Zion, from which the Israelites came, as if it were your mother. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Zion, the city you came from]

Here Yahweh is speaking of handing the Israelites over to their enemies as if he had sold them to a creditor. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [to whom I gave you over to your enemies]

The pronoun her refers to their mother. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [whom I sent away]

Yahweh is using the question form to insist that he has no creditor to whom he sold the Israelites, since he was never in debt and did not have to sell them. The expression you were sold is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [I sold you]
